Yes. Every Sans Régence piece is handmade by me, Ally, in small batches. Each one is carefully assembled and checked, making every piece slightly unique.


❣️ What does “modular” mean?

Modular means you can play with your jewelry. Some pieces can be taken apart or worn in different ways, so you can adapt them to your style, your mood, and your outfit.


❣️What materials do you use? Are they safe for sensitive skin?

I mainly use high-quality stainless steel and selected components that are waterproof, durable, and safe for most sensitive skin. They’re made to be worn every day.

If you have specific allergies, feel free to reach out before ordering.


❣️Can I wear my jewelry in water?

Yes. Stainless steel is water-resistant, so you can shower or swim with your piece on. To keep it looking its best, I recommend drying it after contact with water and avoiding harsh chemicals.


❣️ How does the tarot reading work?

Every order includes a free personalized tarot reading.
You’ll receive a tarot card inside your package, simply send me a photo of your card by email or on Instagram, and I’ll reply with your personal reading and the message your piece is meant to carry.


❣️ Is the tarot reading for guidance or prediction?

The reading is meant for guidance, reflection, and intention: not strict prediction. It’s there to inspire and support you.


❣️ How do you price your pieces?

Each piece is priced to reflect the time, care, and quality behind it: handmade work, materials, packaging, shipping, platform fees, and your personalized tarot reading.

I do my best to keep Sans Régence accessible. If a piece feels just out of reach, feel free to email me or DM me on Instagram, I may offer a payment plan or deposit option when possible.


❣️ Do you offer repairs?

Yes. Every Sans Régence piece comes with lifetime repair options.
You simply cover the cost of shipping to me, I’ll repair your piece and send it back.

Repairs within the first 2 months are free; after that, a small fee may apply to cover material costs. I also use high-quality materials to ensure durability and can guide you online for small fixes if needed.


❣️How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days, then shipped according to the method you choose at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.


❣️ Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide from Canada. Shipping times and fees vary depending on your location and are shown at checkout.


❣️What is your return or exchange policy?

Because each piece is handmade and includes a personalized tarot experience, I don’t accept returns for change of mind. If there’s any issue with your order, please contact me, I want you to love your piece.


❣️ Can I gift Sans Régence jewelry?

Absolutely. Sans Régence pieces make meaningful gifts. You can enter the other person’s name & delivery address if you want them to receive it directly, and the tarot message can be interpreted with the receiver in mind.
